About & Shipping Information

We are a leading supplier of electronic cigarettes, E-Liquids and vaping accessories, with various shops located across Brisbane. All of our E-Liquids and mods are sourced directly from the world’s leading manufacturers. We aim to stock a large supply of E-Liquids which are suitable for all palates with amazing flavour creations. The mods we stock are manufactured by leading brands which are dedicated to product quality and safety.

 

You will find our full range of products available in our Aspley and online store. Our store prices will be different to our online prices.

 

In our stores we also sell a full range of tobacco products at very competitive prices and lotto products.

 

Shipping & Returns

 

Standard Shipping: $8.99
Express Shipping: $11.99

All orders over $100 dollars will have free standard shipping.
All orders over $200 dollars will have free EXPRESS shipping.

 

We ship all our products from within Australia. All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours through Australia Post after your full payment has been received on business days. All orders are shipped in either Australia post mailing boxes or padded bags. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any misdirected, lost or damaged shipments made by Australia Post.
Damaged or lost shipments should be resolved with Australia Post directly.

 

Domestic Shipping:
Our shipping times are based on Australia Posts estimated shipping times. All orders will receive a tracking number.
Standard Shipping: 2-4 Days
Express Shipping: 1-3 Days
Please be aware that shipping times can vary for remote and regional areas.

 

Tracking:
After an order has been processed and shipped, the customer will receive an email which will provide conformation and tracking information. On the day of arrival, a notification will be sent via text message or email that the parcel is due for delivery.

 

Returns & Exchanges
Our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty information is available in the product box.
In the event the product is faulty, you are required to send the product back to us at your own expense or alternately you can return it to our store in Aspley. This needs to be done within the warranty period. We will then contact the manufacturer and seek instructions from them on how to deal with the product. You may be given a replacement product or offered a refund, but this will all depend on what the manufacturer tells us. This process can take up to 3-4 weeks, but we will always aim to have this resolved for you sooner so your patience during this period is greatly appreciated.
